Touring Washington D.C

First and foremost, I would like to thank Roman and his sweet parents for taking me to Washington and giving me a tour of all the historic places! We all had a wonderful time and it was everything how I imagined it to be. It felt surreal to be in front of the White House! Actually, everything is still pretty surreal to me– like the fact I’m here in the East Coast now and living life every day with the love of my life. Here are some of the pictures taken from our trip! Photos don’t do justice, of course. But regardless, we had an amazing time!

For lunch, we came across this gem of a restaurant called Pennsylvania 6 DC. We LOVED it! We wanted to watch the football game and we had the best seats! We felt like we were right at home. Also, for $18 they had unlimited Bloody Mary’s and it’s self serve. How awesome is that?! I didn’t take advantage of that but Roman did and he liked it! The food were delicious– I rate the place 5/5! lol I loved it so much I posted on Yelp right away!

After a nice lunch, we drove back home to PA. I would definitely love to go back and visit again, hopefully sometime in the near future.

Thanks for reading and I hope you all have a blessed rest of the week!

Praise Jesus for all the blessings 💕

Love,

Jesci Mari

This is fantastic!!! I’m going to DC next weekend with my boyfriend too and we’re SOOO excited! We’re from Boston and I can’t believe its taken me this long to get down there esp it being only an hour flight (aprox 7 hours driving) but eek your pictures just got me even more excited! And Penn 5, I’m noting that, I’m assuming its right downtown? Did you guys drive from place to place or t? uber?

Ps- you are absolutely gorg!!! I must ask, what nationality are you??

Hi love! Thank you for your sweet comment! I’m excited for you and your boyfriend to go to DC!! ❤️ Are you guys flying or driving?! And I’m soooo sorry I totally got the name of the restaurant mixed up but I fixed it just now lol it’s called Pennsylvania 6 DC! Haha idk where I got Penn 5 from! But DEFINITELY recommend it. It’s on Franklin Square. Here’s the address:

1350 Eye St NW, Washington, DC 20005

We parked on the street near the White House and honestly just walked to all the places! It wasn’t a bad of a walk at all. Uber would probably be a lot more convenient though! 😊

And thank you!! You’re gorgeous yourself! I’m Filipino! Born in the Philippines but grew up in California. Just followed your blog, would love to keep in touch!

We’re flying, we found really cheap flights for only 80 (crazy!) we figure we could spend more time there since it’s a quick flight. But totally noted on the restaurant name, we’ll most likely be checking it out, thanks for the suggestion! Can’t wait to read more of your blog!
Also, no wonder why youre so gorg- you filipinos!! 🙂
